If a person that creates an account to give you a referral creates the points only account, do they still give you a credit by signing up for one offer? (I'm referring to the yourfreevideoipods.com here). Thank.

They have to accumlate 50 points (125 On FlashiPods4Free I think) for them to appear green to you. Basically it is one regular offer.
