What do you mean by track?
If you sent a PM to someone and they have read it, then it will be in your Sentbox. If you have sent a PM to someone but they have NOT read it, then it will be in your Outbox.
If you've sent a PM to someone but it's neither in your Sentbox or your Outbox, have a look under your couch.
