As toiletpaper55 said, but there's no CVC# so those ones are out of the question =P

Another one is using Citibank's virtual card generator.

I installed the PayPal beta for Virtual CC yesterday. It definitely does include a CVC number with each usage. Seems pretty easy to use all around.

I could never get to the installer. Is it restricted to certain types of accounts, like business?

Not that I know of. I just have a regular free account. After logging in, there was a link towards the left of the page under the heading "Enhance Account" labeled Virtual Debit Card.
All I did was click on that, and it took me through it.
You may want to try to [u9c93d9d040]save[/u9c93d9d040] it to your desktop [u9c93d9d040]first[/u9c93d9d040], rather than having it run during download. Your system may be blocking the running of a downloading .exe.url==http://=http:///url

UPDATE to my above post
PayPal Virtual Debit works, but I have found that SOME sites won't accept the CVC number provided. Others it's fine.

Simply put it works on some sites, doesn't on others.
I'm going to contact Paypal support and see if I can find out why.

You have to upgrade to a Premier account, it doesn't cost anything, you just have to work your way through a few screens of offers which you don't have to do, I can't remember if I had to verify again or not, but it was pretty painless if I remember right.

It [ic9eda7eb54]does[/ic9eda7eb54] cost you to upgrade, if you don't use PayPal that often, or for large sums.

Can anyone else confirm this is the reason the beta is unavailable to some? The info page about this stated that the actual ATM card was only available to premier/business accounts, but that wasn't stated in regards to the virtual card.

i used it the cards are only good for one charge then you can get another every time you open the program they give you a new card number, the only thing i dont like is that i dont get my 1% rewards. and woo2crew it is actually like your paying for it because they take out fees for every payment you get so it is paying a monthly fee when you use it alot

Tholek-
I did [ubf62b83c0a]NOT [/ubf62b83c0a]have to upgrade my Paypal account to install/use the [bbf62b83c0a]virtual debit card[/bbf62b83c0a], as I previously posted. I have a long-time ([bbf62b83c0a]verified[/bbf62b83c0a]) free personal account (you may need to be verified, I don't know.) It might help for you to give them a call 1-402-935-2050. You usually can get to talk to a person before too long)
I have used the Virtual Debit Card several times the only problem I have run into is that some sites don't accept the CVC it generates. I've informed Paypal of this, hopefully the fix it.

As you can see in my last post, I didn't make that statement, but questioned it.

I also verified immediately after creating my account, which I've had for almost as long as PayPal has been around.

I did contact them via email, but have yet to get a reply. I may eventually call them, but they kept me on hold and disconnected me a couple of times the last time I had to speak with them.

[ba5748de2e8]EDIT[/ba5748de2e8] Amazing. I just got a response, and it was a canned email restating the general instructions, despite my stating that I already followed them to no avail. I hope it was automated. I'd hate to think that was an actual person who just emailed me.

Hi Tholek,
Ya, I seldom email them for anything important. It can take forever to get a response. Ive had to call them twice in the past couple of weeks and I've actually talked to a real person within about 5 minutes both times! I called somewhere around 1030-1100 AM EST. Maybe it helps to catch them at that time of morning.
