They might just be updating their databases. This would probably be a better question here

It happens occassionally when they're doing site maintenance. Try again later.

You mean it still doesn't work for you? Normally when this happens it's just for a few minutes. If you're trying several times over days and still not being able to login, then I'm afraid you have a greater problem.

%5? Where are you seeing that? %5 is not a printable character, so it should never appear in a URL. Underscore would be escaped as %95, are you sure didn't drop the 9?

Hmmmm, very strange now....
I went through my entire history and I finally found the page where I did the offers from...I CAN get to this page....The one where you sign up for the offers...But I can't check my gift status as it says that my e-mail is not registered with them....How is this possible when it says this
[quotef5fedce713]This FREEli Television is reserved for
email==absolut_xxxer0@xxx.comabsolut_xxxer0@xxx.com=absolut_xxxer0@xxx.comabsolut_xxxer0@xxx.com/email [/quotef5fedce713]
What the hell is going on here....Does anybody have an idea....Can anybody reach the owner or admin....

Did you find a way to get in?
What you need to do is keep the link you signed up with... because consumersavingscenter is a front for several websites... So if you sign up for the TV and go directly to their site (without using the original link) you will be on a laptop site, so when you check your gift status it won't have your email on file.
To fix this, Get back to the original site you signed up for using the referral link that was given to you. Go to check gift status and type in your email... you should be able to get in fine. Now... and this is the most important part... Click on Favorites and actually add it to your favorites. I know it's a pop up window so you can also right click and add to favorites. Next, click on your offer pages and add those to your favorites too. Why? Because you just never know. I bookmark every offer page I do and every status page in their own seperate folder for each site. I also save a copy of the terms and conditions from all the offers I do. Sometimes the only defense you have against these shadier companies is screenshots and bookmarks.
Good luck to you and I hope this helps.

Hmmm, thanks for the idea, i'll try it when I get back home today....I too bookmark the offers I do and I keep a copy of every single TOS and every single confimation/reciept....I've been screwed over before and im not letting that happen again...I really hope this idea works though, I'm so pissed that I completed every offer and I can't even check the status cry ....
BTW, I think I know what your talking about but I do have the link to my offers page, I just can't access the check gift status page....I don't think this is the original link you were talking about though, is it?

Could you have mistyped your e-mail when you signed up? There is no "login" with I-Deal sites like with most other freebie sites. It strictly goes by your signup e-mail, no password or anything.
All of the I-Deal URL's work the same way. Try this URL, setting your signup e-mail address on the end
http//consumersavingcenter.com/?config=1165&stage=12784&email=YOUR-EMAIL-HERE
This should get you to the CSC offers page, then when you click Check Gift Status, do you still get the error?

Then I have to think that your e-mail was garbled or mistyped or otherwise screwed up when you signed up, and without knowing what it was you'll never get in. I wouldn't count on their customer service helping, because they typically won't help you in any way.
Also, I find it odd that this site shows you your e-mail at the top where it says This "TV Reserved for" because on mine and most people's I know who are doing it, it doesn't show e-mail or anything up there, it's just blank.
