Yes, they accept them on most stores and online, you can do offers with them. You have to request for one on the paypal site. I love mine.

Yea, im going to get one soon, ive always heard on here that you make another account and put like 1 dollar in it. That way sites/ebay can't take more then 1 dollar outta your account )
