you go greeen for one guy and he has a good tr record and positive feedback and then he says he will sign up and do an offer under my link at the end of the weekend, which was 3 weeks ago. until this very day he hasnt even gone yellow..... i have been giving him the benefit of the doubt cause of all his good stats but what do i do now?
