stupid ULTIMA PATCH scammed me
on 2/12 i signed up for Ultima Patch, received a confirmation email and i never received anything or got a charge on my credit card.
on 2/23, i called them. they said i wasn't in their records so i wouldn't receive the autoship items. someone posted a link to end autoship on this forum, so i went and sent that info in as well, just in case.
on 2/28, two charges on my card $7.95 and $129.90. WHAT THE HECK!
it's too late to call them now, so i will have to call them tomorrow. anyone else have luck getting their money back? or maybe i'll just have to contact Citicards again to report fradulent charges. /

they didn't officially discontinue my autoship, because she claimed that "i wasn't in their system" so she said she had nothing to cancel since i wasn't signed up. |

If you call too soon after your order was placed, you won't be in their system. Similarly if you give them the wrong information, you wouldn't be in their system either.
they charged me too. they said i signed up in between them changing systems and i was cancelled in one but not the other. they refunded my account about 1 month later. i was actually going to call them 1 day to inquire when they were going to give me a refund, and they did it thatday by chance
in the terms, if i don't call them within 12 days, i will receive autoship. that's why i called the 11th day... that couldn't be too soon, could it? and i'm pretty sure i gave them the correct info; how could i not know my last name and zip code (or whatever it was they asked for). |
i got home after they closed their office today, so now i have to wait to call them next week. grrr.

I'm glad I just cancelled my debit cards with them. If they try to send me to the collections agency, there will be hell.

Hi, I am new to these baords but had the same problem as you and here is what I did and what happened.
I have to return the stupid pills, which I never ordered and they will issue me a credit. Same situation I see others are getting. But it take forever to get. So I called my credit card company, told them the scenario and they are waiving the interest charges for the $129.90 and told me not to pay it. So I will just pay my bill as is, without the ultima money and get charged no interest on it either. Then wait for the refund and all set.
So, if you got screwed, make sure to call the CC company and have them waive the finance charges so you don; thave to pay the $129.90 or get charged interest on it either.
I'm in the same situation. I never got the free trial, and now see a $129 charge.

they did that to me once, i sent back the stuff and they refunded me..
it was 1-800 patches...
good thing i read this post...i was gonna sign up for this offer
tuesday, march 7th, i talked to a lady there and she said she would process the credit and told me to send back the package when it comes. it arrived maybe 5 days after i called and i shipped it back (2 days later, the trial arrived). my account got credited $119.95 or something. so i ended up getting charged $18 for the trial pack. / maybe i should call about that extra $10 that they didn't refund; i don't know, it's been a while now.
