I want to cancel my account on Freepay but I'm unsure how. I don't have any refferals so I don't think it would b a problem.

well, you can't cancel you freepay account at all really, you just stop using it.....if you haven't completed an offer, then you can sign up for another account but if you do that i'd recommend pm'ing Jake on here or sending in a support ticket to freepay letting them know what's going on first....so they don't put both accounts on hold...

yea, if you want to do that you should have no problem setting up a new account....just pm jake to put your original one on hold and then sign up with a new e-mail address or something....that should work as long as you aren't green and just yellow....btw what site are you trying to do?
