Just wondering if you needed a bank account to be able to trade money on paypal. So someone could send me money to my account which has no bank account and then i could send the money to someone else?? Just wondering

No, you don't need to have your paypal set up with a bank account, but it will be unverified and thus very suspicious until you do. Better to just take the time to verify the account.
