Yes.
If you don't yet have another site to trade for, you can probably find someone here willing to pay you via PayPal to sign up under them and complete an offer.

You could also click on any of the links on the main page. The links there are usually links of people who donated to this site, or helped out in some way. It would be nice to help them out if you want to start your freebie site asap.
