I am having trouble with 3 trades I am in.
The first, was someone doing my Freepay digital camera for their Freepay ps3. They had lower tr than me, did the digital camera site and greened and all that, but then they disappeared from the forums for a couple weeks, and when they returned, they now want me to do a different site. But I've already done this other site they're now asking to do. What am I supposed to do here? Do I owe this person anything if they no longer want me to sign up with their Freepay ps3 ref link like we originally agreed to?
The second was with dmturbocivic who now has a thread in the scammer section. He claims to have signed up for me on Freepay ipodnanos, and in return I was supposed to do Freepay giftcards. However he never showed up as being signed up under me on the nano site. If he is telling the truth, then he has now signed up for that site and done an offer, making it impossible to keep his side of the deal... because if he signed up again and it actually did show up in my referrals, it would just go red. I would like to just request deletion of this trade and find someone else who is working on giftcards and can still do nanos, but then perhaps dmturbocivic would say that I'm trying to scam him (he already apparently forgot that he never showed up as a ref, because I got a pm from him a while back asking when I was going to do his site)...

#1 If you greened on the other site, then you have no obligation to do the "other" site
#2 Without looking at hte tread about him, hes probably jsut a schetchy character. Regardless, If he didnt green on your site, then you have no obligation to do anything for him, as long as you did everything right on your end(i.e. correct ref link).

For #1, I didn't green on the site I originally agreed to do for him though, he never even gave me his link. He just decided to ask me if I can do another site instead. Maybe he set up too many trades and already finished the site I was supposed to do for him or something, I dunno.

ohhhhhhh, i see now.
WEll, he changed the terms, if thats the only site he wants done and you cant do it, the best thing to do would probably be to give some monetary compensation. If that isnt possible, then the best thing to do would be attempt some sort of compromise.

I sent a pm to him over a week ago with a list of other Freepay sites that I am still able to sign up on, and told him if there are any non-freepay sites he's working on to let me know what they are and I'll tell him if I am still able to do them. He read it but never responded.

As for monetary compensation, when I posted in the trade section before we set up our trade, I listed only Freepay sites that I was still able to do because I knew they had several free or $1 offers that I'm able to do, and I definitely wouldn't have been setting up trades if I thought it would cost me $35 or whatever a Freepay ref goes for these days... that's more than I can afford at the time being. I somehow doubt he would be very satisfied if I offer him the $1 that I would've spent to get him a green. P
