I made a post on wednesday and bumped it on thursday which I know not to do now. My question is the mod told me that I need to wait 3 days to post or bump, but the trade rules says 5 days? Which should I belive?

The rule was changes from 5 days to 3 days in which you can bump and thread in the trade forum.
