why can't you trade?
paypal is free to get
go to the bank open up a bank account, then open up a paypal account.
do offers for people for paypal, using your simon giftcard. Save the money you get in your paypal, and pay people to complete a paypal site for you(trainn).
then you will get double your paypal back.
use this to complete another paypal site, and whatever gift site you are looking to do.
you get the idea from here

or u can trade green for green and get paypal as a reward from the site. aka do 5 offers and get 250$ paypal. than with the 250$ paypal pay 8 people 25-30$ a peice u will finish the site and have some paypal left over
