I'm in these following accounts on freepay in one computer with the same email address.

I'm not sure..... I think if you do an offer on one site, they will take it off of the Offer List on your other accounts..... I'm not 100% sure though.

No. You can only do offers once, and only once. The offer may come up again, any you can complete it, but chances are you are not going to get credit for it. Also, you shouldn't be able to do an offer more than once, since you supposed only do offers you are genuienly intersted in keeping.
