Which laptop is best on freepay's laptops site? Also, is the acer aspire on free desktops better? How many referrals do you need for each of these websites as well.

No, the pcs.freepay Acer is worse than the laptops.freepay choices.
That's why it's on a 10 ref site, while the others are 20.
