Hey say if i leave someone feedback because i complete there offer and they said they complete mine but has not gone green for awhile.. Say if i leave this person feedback and he leaves me negtive feedback lieing saying i did not go green on the offer yet.. I am wondering like who will i tell for them to fix it? I have not left feedback on the guy yet going to give him 1 more day to resond to my PM/IM's... It really pissing me off he always says i am listing to my ipod grrrrrrrr the ipod i helped him get from complete his last offer.. And yes we set a trade up in the trade section.

YOu only leave feedback when the trade is complete and you can BOTH request TR.
Until then, leave it as it is.

Ok well he is not answering my IM's or my PMs and i went green on his site and he says he did the offer but has not went green yet.. And it really pissing me off

Sometimes it can take weeks for greens to appear.
