So, someone PM'd me about a trade. We agreed on terms and he set up the trade.

Last night, I logged in and signed up under his reflink. Then I sent him a PM to verify that he could see my signup before I did an offer.

I get a PM from him this morning that says, "I thought we scratched this trade? I already have a trade going with someone else for this site... Do you want paypal?"

WTF!?

Didn't know where else to put it. shrug I don't think this guy's trying to scam me (that's why I decided not to put it in the scammers section), it looks like an honest mistake/oversight.

Sucks man. Contact a mod.

This happened to me on A4F once. I set up a trade and went green the next day and the guy I traded said, "I didn't think you'd actually do the trade so I traded away your site to someone else." ?

hehehhehe

I think that's a scamming tactic (suck a guy into trade and then pay him instead), so make sure you get at least $30 or so, depending on what site it is.

Who's the trader?

I havent done an offer yet. But, I have signed up on his site. Which means, I might as well do the offer and finish the trade if I ever want to complete the site myself (since, I can't just sign up again under someone else).

If it's a Trainn or Freepay site, you can sign up again under someone else as long as you haven't completed an offer on your current account.

If you do this, it will have to be with a different e-mail. If you want to use the same e-mail, just go into your current account and change the e-mail to something else (valid) and then you can use the e-mail you want to when you sign up again under someone else.

Who is it?
