Umm... you're supposed to do that yourself.
I don't really remember the procedure, but I think it was if you're using a bank account, you have to type in two amounts that paypal deposits to your account.

I was just about to post the same thing. At the beginning of the year I had about 250.00 in my paypal account. They screwed up my bank account somehow and now the money is locked. I cant touch it x Anywho, I was looking for an alternative where I didnt have to add a credit card or a bank account.

yeah...you can send money to other people through paypal without being verified. I just dont like having my bank account online, so i never entered it.

Do what I did. Make a new bank account so you can limit the money going in and out and the worst thing that can happen is that account that you use just for paypal gets fucked up. So what, you still have your "normal" bank account.

i probably will do that eventually, but it really isnt that big of a deal for me to be "verified" right now. its just not worth the trouble for me yet

hmmm....i thought paypal can't touch your bank account/credit card anyway so why would you need to open up a brand new one....

also....for the verified question....they do deposit two very small amounts into your account that you need to enter and confirm at paypal just like psyc mentioned....and using a prepaid cc# and then using their virtual card option is the best route in my opinion...its the safest way of doing offers...
