I don't have one of those PayPal debit cards, but I do have a premier PayPal account and can use my account balance as a Mastercard online at stores and whatnot. Sometimes, I do offers with this, but only the ones that do not require the CV2#.

Is there a way I can use my virtual card on offers that do require the CV2#? Should I just put 000 for the CV2# and use the PayPal virtual card number or what?

Nope, if the site requires a CV2 number then a Paypal virtual debit card will not work and cannot work.

I've gotten it to work by 000.

Yeah they can work.

Some people have had them work by using 000, some by using 123 and some by just using any random numbers.

Why don't you just apply for the Debit card?

debit card works better, and is really pretty and sparkly.

Are there any extra fees associated with it?

Is this a credit card, or debit card you guys are talking about, with applying for it after 60+ days, and all that.

Wrong.

You have to upgrade to a premier or business account, which [i2740d4f5aa]can[/i2740d4f5aa] incur fees on future transactions. (

I already have a premier account, are they any additional fees?

Beyond that, I don't think so. I don't do a hell of a lot of paypal transfers, so moving up to a premier/business account would only cost me. I'd guess most have basic accounts, so that's why I brought it up.

if your a premier member, there are no fees.
