Hi,
My question is, are we allowed to offer other things, other than cash or trades, to people in exchange for referrals? For instance, would it be okay to offer mp3s, television episodes, movies? Just wanted to make sure before starting a post for it.

Yeah you can offer whatever you like, as long as it's not illegal or will get the other person in trouble (eg, illegal movies, music etc).
