I signed up for freeipods a long time ago with my yahoo email address, but i never completed any offers/reffered anyone.
Recently i signed up for the same site with my gmail account and now i almost have 5 greens.
My questions is will i have an problems when it comes to approval and whatnot?
Open a support ticket and explain your situation. Most likely they will place your old account on hold and allow you to continue with your new one.

alright thanks
Also, do your refs have to verify their account? I just noticed this option and verified mine.
It's a good idea that everyone verified their account. I'm not sure what happens if you don't since I always have, but it's such an easy procedure that I'd rather do it and be safe than sorry.

nope it doesn't matter if you refs have verified their account you just have to verify yours before you can get your gift

another question
Who makes the offers green? Freepay or the company that has the offers?

when the company pays freepay(or indicates they will next payment cycle) freepay gives you credit
