I joined ipodnanos.freepay.com and did an offer. The problem is that I used my mother's credit card with her name and I used my name for the account. We have the same address. Will it be ok?

It should be fine. I had to do that for some of my offers and they all went through without a hitch!

unless you don't get credited and have to request manual credit then it can be a problem
