I've signed up for the eFax trial, and now I've decided to...ahem, "change my subscription status". The FAQ says I must use their live chat to do so. However, when I click on the chat button, I can see someone talking to me, but there are no input boxes, etc. to chat back. I've tried this in Firefox and IE. Has anyone else used this service and have any suggestions?

Hmm, try clearing Cache. You might want to also see if your Java version is up to date, I beleive that they use some Java to run the chat program. If all else fails, try it on a different computer. D
