Friends of mine are trying to do the Stamps.com offer. However, they're on a Mac and it tells them to download the software before registering. I'm wondering if they'll credit instantly that way, since they'll be signing up using the software instead...
I searched the forums but nothing came up. 8)
Aw crap, anyone willing to move this into the Help forum. O

Actually, I'm on a PC and I remember having to install the software first too. I also has to register using the software, so it shouldn't be a problem. What I don't remember is them having a Mac version out. Do they? Or does your friend have some type of windows OS emulator?
Not sure, but I'll just get her to use the program to register for it.

I'm fairly certain that, to receive credit, the user must install and run the software as it completes the registration process.

As far as I can remember, I registered without installing and running the software and I also got my green. I did install it and run it, just not right away.
