BUT how about PayPal rewards? Can I get them, for example, from http//www.3604free.com ?

I think sites with casino offers are your best bet. Most of them offer custom paypal rewards, and you should be able to do the casino offers.

Well that amount is how much you must deposit. Then they have a certain amount you must wager. But if after that you have money left, you can withdraw it (read the sites TOS on promos before you accept them. The have withdraw limitions.)

I belive, that there is other offers, than casino, that I can complete... But for the moment, I didn't find anything.
