So I had a friend sign up for free360xbox for me. But since he put his birth date year as 1222, he got put on hold.
Is it possible for him to get off hold somehow?

He apparently put his date as December 12, then just put four random digits. As his fingers were over the 1 and 2, that was the result.
I thought it was pretty stupid as well...
