no clue where to go for something like this. lets say i want to refer somebody to a site that is legit and pays timely for casino type crap. the person doesn't want to deal with refs and all that crap, just do the casinos and get paid a good amount, and quick?

FON owns it and you can do as many or as little Casino/Poker offers as you like, and get paid for them. You can refer people but it's not essential to being paid.

well its not me, but are most of the offers on that site paying more to complete them, then the initial deposit requirements?

Nah, most of them do yes. You get an initial $5 bonus for signing up, but some you have to deposit $100, and you get $65 back, some you have to deposit $100 and only get 45 back, it just depends.
There are some that you have to deposit $50, and get $45 back, which is probably a good place to start when you 1st sign up because you will break even. You deposit $50, get $45 back for doing, plus the $5 signup fee.
