www.paypal.com does not work for me for some reason. I use internet explorer and I'm very interested in setting up a debit card via paypal because I don't feel like selling the video but if I can't get on PayPal, it looks like I'll be doing this. Any reason why this would be so? Also, eBay doesn't work. This is really weird. Any help would be grealty appreciated.

They work for me also. Try using a different browser dude. ALso trying clearing all cookies, cache, and temp. internet files and then use a different browser.

you on a router? try resetting it.
