I have waited 16 days for an offer to go green and it hasn't done so. I put in a support ticket tell them what offer I did and that I have waited 16 days. I got a response that said
"If you have not received credit for completing an offer, please be patient. It can take up to 15 or more days for your credit to appear under the "Check Status" page. Please wait until that amount of time has passed before contacting us with any questions. Thank you"
Is this just a automatic response? Do I need to wait longer?
The status changed from open to closed after i got this response
To do the support ticket I went to 'Help" -> "My issue is about receiving credit for an offer."
And just followed the screen there. Is this the right way to do it?

Ignore skillet.
Anyways, just submit another ticket and mention you waited 16 days. Keep in mind you have to wait 15 BUSINESS days, so even though you waited 16 days you may have three or four more days ahead of you.

I got a response that says
"In most cases, credits do appear to the account in 15 days. If no credit has been applied in that time frame, cut and paste the confirmation e-mail from the offerer (including all headers and footers) and send to us. "
Do they just want me to copy everything in the conformation email and put it in the support ticket?

Yes. Be sure to change your preferences to include all header information so that Freepay can see that the confirmation email actually came from the advertiser.
