green reporter showing im on hold, but am i really?

hey im having a problem with the green reporter. Its showing that i was put on hold but when i check the site i see nothing about me being put on hold. What do you see on the freepay site when your put on hold? Don't you only get put on hold when u submit for approval?

You can be placed on hold as soon as you sign up for the site, so there isn't a set time as to when you can only be placed on hold.

To see if you are on hold, just go to your status page and it should tell you there whether you are or not.
