trading rules?

i was lower tr then someone, I greened him and then he was to do my mp3players4free. it ended up that I had only offers of doom and now he wont do it (even tho bingo isnt bad), what can i do about this scamming? can u just not finish the trade if there arent the offers u like, especially after i already greened him?

from what i know, despite the offers being offers of doom you guys already had an agreement and he should be responsible for doing your site, you should contact a mod about this problem.

i dont want to be rude/mean to him, cuz like he said he would do any other site for me so i know hes not scamming, its just if he said he would do mp3s, he should go thru no matter what

Well, it is kinda both your fault. You should have said it had OOD, and he should have asked. Now that you are into the trade, it is too late to go back, unless you want him to do another site.

He must complete MP3's for you.

That's true. If you both agreed that he would complete an offer on mp3players then he's obligated to do it, but if he's really stubborn then just settle for him doing another site.

Then he has to do MP3Players4Free. If he doesn't then report him as a scammer. You could sign up for another site and get him to do that one, but it's easier to just get him to do MP3.

Yes he shoulde have to do it but you, shoulde tell him/he shoude if it has OOD. He truly might not be ablie to do them.

a way to solve this might be asking him to pay you an amount of money in Paypal, depending on the site...

example freeipods=$45, flashipod4free=$30 etc...

treat it as like paypal for a green ref instead..

OK well I responded to the OP through PM, but I'll post what I basically told him.

If you didn't tell him that you only had the OOD, then he doesn't have to do the site for you. If you did tell him and he still signed up without a problem, then he has to do it for you.

Whenever anyone does an OC site they should know beforehand whether or not they will see the OOD. Whether it be asking the person they trading with, or being told.

The way I see it is that if you are not told that the site has the OOD, then you are led to believe that they don't have them.

So, if he knew that you had them and still signed up, then he has to do an offer.

If not, then he has to either pay you for the green you gave him, or you have to have him green on another site for you, or you can compensate him and cover the cost of whatever offer he wants to do.

It explains this in the FAQ but on OC (OfferCentric) sites when you get close to completing the site and you only have a couple of refs or so left (depending on the site) then they remove all the cheap/free offers and replce them with the OOD (Offers Of Doom) which are all hosting, casino, poker and bingo offers which cost at the very least $20.

rojan, are you referring to me? If so, PM me...I sent you a PM and never heard back from you. I assumed that since you hadn't even gone yellow on my site that there was no problem. I requested deletion on the trade, and haven't seen any action from you. At least try to resolve this via PM first.

Edit never mind, it's not me, I must have missed the part in the first post where you say you greened.
