I did an offer for someone who had a TR of 7, and they obviously scammed me (not returning my numerous PMs for a long period of time (even though they are reading them), telling someone else that they would trade the same ref I have... so we both greened for him, and he is ignoring both of us, etc)
So I am wondering if it is possible to complain to OC and have my ref removed from his account and file a complaint about him?
Any advice out there?

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can do that. E-mail them and tell them of the situation and they might DQ him.
A few people have done this with CrazyMan123 (see the thread about him in the Scammers section) and it has worked.
