Question on a trade with a scam site.

I did a trade with Patwalls00, freenotebookgear.com for 20 dollars paypal. I did the AOL offer.
After not getting credit, I sent in 2 credit requests, one 2005-09-07 164029 and one 2005-09-25 232023.
It ends up, the reason they won't green me or answer requests is that it's a scam, and they wouldn't send him anything or put my green through.
The thing is, I ended up waiting so long for credit, I got charged by AOL for I think 24 or 26 dollars.. around there.
Now he wants me to do a new site or refund for him, even though I would green if he didn't have me do a scam site, and I payed more for the offer than he paid me..
How does this situation go? I would find it really unfair for me to have to do another site, but he says that is how it goes, even though I paid more than I got and it's not my fault the site was a scam..
(This post isn't against Patwalls, he's great, and this isn't angry, just wondering. He know's it's posted and I'm just trying to figure this out.)

Let me just add a few things
- It's patwalls99
- It does not matter if AOL charged you more than I paid you, that's your fault.
- I have paid you $20, and I am getting nothing from paying you.
- I paid you money for a green, and you didn't green. It's as simple as that, regardless if it's a scam or not.
- If you happen to green in the future on there I will pay you $20 again.

Well, I would green if you didn't have me sign up for a scam site.
It's your fault you picked a site that wouldn't pay you even if they would green me.
And it's 00 on AIM.

OK. The fact that you paid more for the offer doesn't have anything to do with the trade that took place. Whether you wanted to keep the service or not, is/was entirely up to you, and you chose to stay on, therefor being charged for it.
As for the trade, He paid you to go green for him, and unless you do so, then either pay him back the money he gave you, or go green for him somewhere else.
If it was you in his position, you would expect the same, as he really hasn't gotten anything from you, he just gave you $20.
So unless he wants a green somewhere else, then you have to give him his money back if that's what he wants.

Well, can I keep sending them support messages, as I should be green? It's not my fault it's a scam, I did my requirements and should be confirmed.

Well If the site is a scam, is there much point in trying to get credit for an offer you did?

He refuses to green for me/refund me and says he will just harass freenotebookgear.com. It will do nothing. Please, mods, tell him he HAS to green on another site/refund me.
Thanks

I never refused to green for you!
I just sent in another missing credit request and sent a message through the BLAZE website. Scam or not, I did an offer, and they should green me. I'm sorry that it's a scam, but I did my offer, and am NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE AT THE MOMENT. If I could, I would, but I'm just not able to.
Your other site has no offers that I'm able to do. You need to stop harassing me and calm down. I'm trying to contact the site that I did.

lol, you went green on a scam site. Now patwell is -$20 on a scam site and wont receive anything and basically lost $20. So basically one side lost $26 and the other lost $20.

And now I lost the ability to do DVDRecorders4free and any money I end up having to pay on these offers due to a horrible trade rule setup..

Why ask for advice on what to do, then when you are given advice, you bitch and moan about it and blame it on the way the trade rules are set up? roll

I didn't ask for advice. I asked for clarification on the rules, and am now bitching about the rules, because I find them to be very unfair. Sure, patwallis could have lost 20 dollars and me 26 dollars, but now Patwallis "lost" 20 dollars and I lost 26 dollars plus the ability to do DVDRecorders4Free, which would probably give me another 25 dollars if I did it for someone else.

I would have posted in the trades section asking if anyone needed that site. I would have traded with whoever wanted to, which would then result in a green for said party, and extra money for you. wink
