Is the basic paypal account sufficient for paying/receiving for greens? Or do you need the premier account?
Thanks!
basic is the best way to go, no fees at all

to receive credit card payments or to use hte PayPal virtual "debit card" you'd have to go premium, is free, though now they charge you a "fee" for receiving ANY payment!

I have two accounts; one personal for accepting payments, and one premium for the card. Works for me.

I use personal because no fees...
the limits are monthly receive limit $650 CAD
and if your unverified, you can only send a maximum of $1000 CAD
