I could not find this in the help section
How to i properly post that i am available to do paypal offers for any site? I made a post in the Trades section and some mod threatened to ban me if i didnt change my post.

i gather my thread title should be "accepting Paypal"....?
And am i permitted to specify a price in my thread? Or would it be better to deal with money issues via PMs?
