Traded with user with TR 11, but No Score?

I recently traded with a user (Codex) who has a TR of 11.. We both requested TR; he got his TR point, but I did not receive a point. Why is that?

You don't have TR at all... you don't even have a 0. I'm not sure why that is, you should ask someone important

yeah there is something wrong with your account and the admin has said he is looking into it.

apparently the \ in my name caused some bug with the TR and Karma ?
