Since I cannot understand Gratis's "ticket" response, I'll let some of you have a stab at it. If you do not know my previous situation, go to this link

Now, for the good stuff, I got this mail about a week ago, after I contacted Gratis before I put in for my iPod. I have 6 Referrals, just waiting on slow poke BMG to come through, keeping in mind my CD's arrived today via mail. My take on this mail is that they've pretty much given me a clean slate, as Fugger and Jake also said. Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to add, I checked on all the old emails, all have them been put on hold which is a good thing. My most current and only account with Gratis to have offers completed is not on Hold and keeping in mind I explained to them the situation and whatnot.

Hi. Sorry no one replied to you about this. What I think Freepay is trying to say is that they have put a hold on all of the other e-mails, but since you explained yourself correctly, they have allowed you to keep your only open account.

yeah it's simple to me. You can't use any of the other accounts you made, you can't refer anyone to them, can't sign in, can't do offers.
Just use the account that the above e-mail is registered to.
