if i were to sign up for a Uk site then can i refer people internationally or is the offer only open to UK residents?.
any help will be appreciated
by the way the site im thinkig of signing up for is www.gameconsolegiveaway.co.uk so if any one has any info or comments about this site frome experience that would be helpful.

I've never heard of the site, but then again I don't like in the UK. People can do it internationally if it has site trials, or any other offers that don't involve shipping and such.

If the site is open to international residents then you can, otherwise not i believe.

Yes, read the site's TOS - it should be mentioned in there
