Can people with AOL dial up do offers for me? I thought I read somewhere that they could as long as they used IE and not the built in browser AOL has. Any feedback is appreciated.

The AOL browser blocks many cookies required for the site to detect when they complete an offer. Just tell them to use IE and make sure the security settings allow cookies.
