but i wanted to know if my bro and mom both signed up for my referals could they count as a green?
btw they both live in the same household and have the same last names.

No, you'd need different houses, ips and cc's so sorry but you can't

yeah its only one account per household, if you have grandparents, cousins, aunts uncles etc then that should be fine, as long as only one of each, sign up in each household, and no more.

Another thing to know, if you're going for gratis and are going to use uncles, aunts etc. Make sure you don't sign in there account from your home, and it is against the TOS to walk someone through the entire process, so be careful

Or if you go to college and use your college address, you can sign up a parent from back home at their home address.
