I have been pm'ing since Mon Aug 29, 2005. I've only sent him 2 pms, but he still has not looked at them yet. Should I report him to the bad traders list? He should have done my offers on the 22nd of August, but they are still yellow and he has not even signed up for another site.
I paid him first btw because he has a higher TR rating.

It doesn't work that way he has to pay first if they had a higher tr.
Anyways has he read your pms(are they in the outbox or the sentbox)?
Have you tried emailing him?

He has not looked at my pms, but has been online almost everyday. Can I get my paypal money back if he doesn't complete the offers?
