no its not only one person per residence otherwise they will put you on hold
so what does that mean, no one can do it from your family if they live in the same house (meaning sign up to be one of your referrals)

exactly in the TOS it says only one person per residence so only one person per house or Apt or whatever per site
but you could sign up for freeipods and your roommate could sign up for freepsps as long as you didnt sign up for freepsps and he didn't sign up for freeipods

I dont recommened your roommate doing the same offer, otherwise they might put you on " notice " that you were going to fraud them. Good Luck though
