yes you should ) basically its a server located somewhere else that you use so that your ip cant be traced to you

if you dont know what a proxy is, then chances are you arent using, or at least you shouldnt be lol.
i think the admin implimented a proxy checker a while back that checks for people using proxies, and it was stopping a few people getting into the site.
but i dont know why it would show you as banned, i definitely didnt ban you wink
