If you complete an offer and it goes green then how does it turn red?

Gratis takes fraud very seriously so if someone goes red for that reason, I'm pretty sure they won't green again.

You'll know when a person goes red because often people go red without you submitting your account for approval. They can also go red if they submitt their own account and are caught with fraud.
