What offers don't require CC? I have one, but the people I'm trying to get referrals for don't, and they don't want to get a prepaid CC or anything. I won't get greens from them unless I can suggest an offer that doesn't require a CC.
Any suggestions?

Well most all do and the only offer I can think of that didn't have was this AOL one that required a checking account but it's gone now.

there are none.
the only site i know of that has offers that dont require a CC is FusionCash (the admins site).
but none of the bigger networks have any........you will probably have to get pre-paid cards if you want your friends to get in on the action.

Casino sites don't require it, usually...
You need a Neteller account or something like it. You can sign up for Bingos.com on most OC sites and it's just $10. JackpotJoy on Gratis says it's a $10 offer, but I found the minimum deposit was $20; go figure.

yeah everywhere it said that the minimum was $10, but when you actually tried it said $20
I emailed them and they said they would fix it, not sure if they did yet
