Grey and red - what's the difference?

What's the difference between a grey referral and a red one?

I can't seem to find an explicit answer in here. Thanks!

They both mean that the ref is disqualified. Do you have both on your list? I have a few gray on my freephotoipod.

No, I don't have any of those yet, thank goodness.

I didn't know if one was worse than the other because I thought that I've heard people mention both colors on Gratis sites. I guess even if there is a difference it probably doesn't matter since they both just mean you're screwed out of a referral.

I think Gratis is using red now and they use to have gray.... But two of my freephotoipod refs have grays on them.
