How does selling accounts work?

Can I really sell an account, namely Gratis, to someone else? How does this work?

Well, you get a majority of the greens. Like if you need 5 refs you get 4 to green then sell it to whoever wants it. You can give the password. And that's about it.

Yeah you just give out the account details to someone and then they change the address to theirs when they finish.
