Ok, say I do Video Professor for a Gratis site and get credit. Will I be able to do Video Professor again for an OC site, with the same address/credit card and get credit again?

No you cannot. You cannot do the same offer twice, or you take risk of being put on hold on both sites you did them for
You can do
VP Online for one
then VP Mail for the other

When you sign up the site tells you what to do when selecting an offer
"You must have genuine interest in that offer"
