I want to make sure I don't accidentally sign up for sites of the same network like Gratis, OC, etc. and waste my time and greens.
Is there a list somewhere that tells me which sites are part of which networks? Thanks!

Look around the page.
Usually at the bottom it lists the network (ie GratisNetwork, OfferCentric Network, etc)

Well,
All the [insert product name here]4free sites are OC, I think.
and freeipods.com/freephotoipods/Freeflatscreens.com, ect are gratis.

Go to www.freeoffersnow.net - FON has done a good job in organizing them - it has the site, required # of referrals, etc.

So if I sign up for freeipods.com, then I can't be anyone's referral for any other gratis site like freepsps.com or freehandbags.com? same goes for getipod4free.com - if i completed an offer for someone, i can't be anyone else's referral for a different site within the OC network?

If you sign up for freeipods, you can't be anyone elses for freeipods only. You can be a ref for all gratis sites, just once for each. OC is same way, getipod4free is not oc though, it is standalone
Not all 4free sites are OC, you just have to look around the pages.
