You can only give someone either negative or positive karma every so often. Like 5 hours or something? CC40 is banned so don't even pay attention to that.

Well after doing some research, this "CC40" is quite a scammer. Can somebody get me his IP address so I can slap him with a permanent ban from ever using any BuildAPC Network's sites? I do not wish to do business with somebody of that kind.

I was not. It was the actual message I received trying to give Peksim +2 Karma for his accomplishments with the the Trade Module Tutorial. If you notice it also says, "Too soon from last karma vote" as well.
